Amazing customer service by Ms. Fanny Zhang, who went above and beyond to secure a table for us at the fully booked Chinese restaurant on Dec 31. The loyalty manager ensured a memorable dining experience for us. The kids' play section was a hit, although it would be better if the opening time coincided with breakfast. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at Mr. Fisher restaurant. The architecture of the hotel is simply spectacular.

During our stay, we enjoyed the fun kids play area, especially the section with games and creative activities. the staff was welcoming and attentive during breakfast, providing a good selection of dishes. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a great view of the waterfall. The gym was also good with well-functioning equipment.

The price range was higher compared to other hotels in the area.
